How is the Condo Corp managed?

Can I rent my unit?

Yes. You must notify the property management company of the rental and provide the tenant(s) with a copy of the corporations's declaration, by-laws and rules / regulations. The tenant is obligated to comply with the Condominium Act and the corporations's declaration, by-laws, rules and regulations and it is the unit owner's responsibility to ensure they do.

What does the backup generator power?

The building’s backup generator will power the following:

  • garage door
  • all lights are parking levels
  • all public corridors
  • all exterior lighting wall mounted on the building
  • two condominium elevators

 

It does not power individual units.

How many units in the building?

The condominium has 97 units; 12 of which are townhouses and 85 tower units.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. The rules & regulation of the building are managed by the condominium corporation. They are also subject to change as approved by the condominium board.

When can I move in?

Unsold units as ready for immediate occupancy.

Is the condo registered?

The condominium is registered.

What does each unit get for parking?

Each gets 1 underground heating parking spot. Additional spots may be available for purchase. Consult the sales person for availability.

Can we choose flooring, cabinetry, light fixtures and paint colours?

All units are complete and any additional upgrades will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.

How much are the Condo fees?

Consult the price list page for individual unit condo fees. Fees are based on unit square footage. They are subject to change as approved by the condominium board.
